The much-anticipated Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards (MKBAA) 2025 has unveiled the finalists ahead of this year’s awards, which will take place on Thursday, March 20 at Stadium MK.
With the theme ‘Bridging the Gap: Skills & Learning for Our Future Workforce,’ MKBAA 2025 is set to shine a spotlight on local businesses and organisations placing skills development and work-force education at the forefront of their achievements.
Head judge Anita Nadkarni shared her excitement about the finalists. She said: “The calibre of entries this year has been outstanding, and it’s incredible to see the Milton Keynes business community come together around such a vital topic. We’re thrilled to celebrate their innovative solutions and impactful contributions to our collective future workforce.”

Considered Milton Keynes’ flagship business event, MKBAA 2025 continues its proud tradition of fostering growth, celebrating success and engaging in meaningful dialogue that addresses the region’s challenges and opportunities through an ambitious theme.
Finalists came together for the exclusive Finalists Party, held in Central Milton Keynes in February.
Nicholas Mann, Chair of organisers, Milton Keynes Business Leaders Partnership, said: “The party is a chance to celebrate the achievements of finalists so far, alongside sponsors and key stakeholders, and ahead of our formal awards ceremony in March. Our finalists represent the breadth and depth of the business community across MK, and we look forward to celebrating with them all, and our winners, later this month.”

The headline sponsors for MKBAA 2025 are Milton Keynes College, Milton Keynes City Council, The Open University and Brioche Pasquier.
There are a small number of other sponsorship opportunities still available. If your organisation is interested, get in touch at sponsorship@mkbaa.co.uk
