The Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards (MKBAA) 2026 took place last night in a vibrant celebration of business excellence, innovation and community leadership across the city.
Headline sponsors, The Open University, Brioche Pasquier and Milton Keynes City Council, played a key role in supporting this year’s awards which was held in the Ballroom at Stadium MK. The prestigious event welcomed more than 500 guests from across Milton Keynes and beyond, recognising the organisations and individuals who continue to drive growth, innovation and positive impact across the region.
With this year’s theme, “The Power of Partnerships: Come Together to Achieve More,” MKBAA 2026 highlighted the vital role collaboration plays in the success of Milton Keynes’ thriving business community. From strategic alliances and cross-sector partnerships to local supply chains and community initiatives, this year’s winners demonstrated how working together can unlock new opportunities, drive innovation and deliver meaningful results.

The coveted Business of the Year award was presented to Clearview Intelligence Ltd, recognising the company’s outstanding success in a highly competitive technology sector. Through a clear and forward-thinking strategy, Clearview has developed innovative transport technologies that are helping to make road networks safer, smarter and more sustainable across the UK. Their industry-leading solutions and strong partnership collaborations are delivering real-time improvements to infrastructure while reinforcing Milton Keynes’ reputation as a hub for innovation.
The Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to John Cove, recognising more than four decades of dedicated service to the Milton Keynes community. Over a remarkable 43-year career, John has played a pivotal role in shaping the city’s leisure, sport and community landscape, from establishing the Milton Keynes Play Association to holding senior leadership roles across education, sport, culture and voluntary services. His continued commitment to Milton Keynes and his passion for championing the city make him a truly deserving recipient of this year’s award.
In addition, the Chair presented a special MK Community Leadership Award to Ryan Peters, former Managing Director at Brioche Pasquier UK, in recognition of his long-term commitment to the Milton Keynes community and his contribution to strengthening partnerships across the city over the last nine years.
