Powerful new partnership brings together expertise and innovation

In a landmark move underscoring the importance of high-quality training, education and reskilling in artificial intelligence (Al) and cybersecurity, Minsky Academy, Right Brain Thinking International (RBT), and KATLAS Technology Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a powerful new partnership.

The collaboration, signed at Plexal at Here East in London, aims to combine the unique expertise and innovative capabilities of the three organisations to deliver cutting-edge Al and cybersecurity solutions, training and consulting services.

The announcement came in the wake of Prime Minister Kier Starmer’s recent commitment to advancing Al infrastructure and responsible Al usage as outlined in the government’s comprehensive Al plan.

Kamal Bechkoum, Chairman of Minsky Academy, praised the government’s forward-thinking approach.
He said: “The Al sector is set to grow from £1.36 trillion to £2.4 trillion by 2027, but a lack of investment in physical infrastructure, such as data centres and supercomputers, has historically slowed progress. It’s heartening to see the Prime Minister emphasising the development of critical infrastructure and supercomputing.

“However, for the UK to truly lead in Al, a coordinated national strategy and a focus on equitable, responsible Al practices are imperative. Minsky Academy stands ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring no one is left behind in this digital revolution.”

Under the terms of the MoU, the new partnership between the three organisations will focus on:

  • Al and Cybersecurity Training: delivered by Minsky Academy, leveraging its deep industry connections and innovative approaches to upskill professionals across the UK and Middle East.
  • Innovative Solutions: led by KATLAS Technology Group, which will harness advanced Webs technologies, Al capabilities, and digital tools to create impactful, client-focused solutions.
  • Marketing and Outreach: coordinated by Right Brain Thinking, ensuring the partnership delivers ethical, inclusive and effective strategies to meet the growing demand for AI and cybersecurity

The partnership reflects the increasing need for collaboration between government, education and the private sector to meet the challenges and opportunities presented by AI. The focus of this initiative will be on fostering a skilled workforce capable of navigating a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Mij Raja, CEO of Right Brain Thinking International, said: “This Memorandum of Understanding marks an exciting milestone for Right Brain Thinking International as we collaborate with Minsky Academy and KATLAS Technology Group to launch a transformative programme of high-quality training, education and reskilling in AI and cybersecurity.

“The partnership is designed to equip organisations globally with the strategic tools they need to harness Al responsibly and effectively.

“Al and cybersecurity have become critical areas for businesses, yet many organisations struggle to implement them strategically and ethically. This initiative will focus on bridging those gaps, integrating Al into talent development, and using it to identify and address skills shortages – all while preserving the essential human element.

“A key strength of this collaboration is its focus on addressing the unknowns of Al. Minsky and KATLAS bring invaluable expertise in exploring uncharted territories, allowing us to develop innovative solutions tailored to diverse organisational cultures and strategic goals, such as the Saudi Vision 2030.

“Our aim is to provide organisations with tools that not only improve efficiency but also align with ethical standards and empower their workforce. Together, we’re creating a future-ready approach to Al and cybersecurity training that prioritises both progress and people.”

Edward Cole, CEO of KATLAS Technology Group, added: “This MoU is a significant step forward for KATLAS Technology Group. By partnering with RBT International and Minsky Academy, we are launching an initiative that combines cutting-edge Al and cybersecurity education with practical, strategic implementation.

“In today’s interconnected world, the internet’s original promise of accessibility and empowerment has often been hindered by outdated systems and the fragmented adoption of new technologies.

“This partnership will address these challenges by equipping businesses, decision makers, and professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate and leverage Al responsibly.

“Our focus is on fostering innovation while addressing issues like algorithmic accountability, pre-programmed biases, and ethical Al usage.

“The collaboration will also help bridge the gap between advanced technology and real-world applications, providing tailored solutions to organisations. KATLAS brings expertise in Web 3 and decentralised systems, while RBT and Minsky provide leadership in education and strategic thinking.

“Together, we aim to empower organisations globally to tackle major societal and operational challenges, from addressing digital inequality to optimising business processes efficiently and ethically.

“This is more than just a training initiative; it’s about preparing businesses to embrace the possibilities of Al and cybersecurity while building a foundation for sustainable, inclusive growth.”
