Following the firm’s AGM in May, Wilson Browne Solicitors has announced a number of internal promotions. This follows on the from the seven training contracts awarded earlier in the year – for those not familiar with the workings of a legal practice, a training contract is ‘the Holy Grail’, ‘the golden ticket’ that opens the door to a future in to the legal profession.
The promotions continue the theme of investing in people – something that is arguably more important now than ever before, in an economy with a skills shortage combined with a regional market that tends to favour the attraction of ‘city law’.
Those rewarded for their dedication and expertise include Kayleigh Brown of the Private Client team who is Promoted to Senior Associate.
Promoted to Associate are:
- Debbie Hope of the Private Client team
- Heather Davies, Head of the Private Family Law team
- James Batey of the Court of Protection team
- Nicholas Herring of the Childcare team
- Jemma Izzard of the Childcare team
- Jess Leech of the Private Family Law team
- Gemma Pabari of the Clinical Negligence team
These promotions are not an automatic badge given on qualification or length of service, but a reflection on, and recognition of, exceptional standards, going above and beyond for their clients and the firm, and leading by example.
