We are thrilled to announce that our talented business students have won the Southeast Midlands Intercollege Competition for Business and Enterprise! The competition tasked students with creating a business focused on Diversity, Equality, Wellbeing, and Inclusion (DEWI), and our students brought home the trophy to Moulton College!
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our students and the entire Business Department. The competition, which saw participation from several esteemed colleges in the region, challenged students to develop innovative business ideas that promote DEWI principles. Our students’ exceptional performance and innovative approach not only impressed the judges but also highlighted their commitment to creating a positive impact in the business world.

The winning team, comprised of John Marshall, Ella Hardy, Alanah Raine and Safira Taylor presented a business model that emphasised the importance of diversity, equality, wellbeing, and inclusion in the workplace. Their project showcased practical solutions and strategies to foster an inclusive and supportive business environment, earning them high praise from the competition judges.
