The studio offer around 16 classes each week with experienced teachers. The classes – which range from 30 to 60 minutes – cover energising yoga, pilates and calming breathing and relaxation classes which have become a firm favourite among participants of the online studio.
Studio owner and Senior Yoga Teacher, Deborah Berryman comments: “We’re delighted so many NHS and Care Home employees have been in touch to take up our offer. We are so grateful for the sacrifices those on the frontline are making to keep us all safe. We wanted to give something back as a gesture of our appreciation and to ensure frontline workers are looking after their own wellbeing too.”
Deborah continues: “We’re really proud of the supportive Whitespace community we have built over the last 10 years and are committed to ensuring we continue to aid the health and wellbeing of as many people as we can during this overwhelming time.”
