For those I haven’t met in person, here’s a bit about me.
I started by spending 14 years as a pastry chef in four-star hotels and two red rosette establishments. This included several Hotel du Vin as well as riverstation (Bristol), feeding many national and global names.
I was introduced to food development and have spent 19 years as a Development Chef – creating foods found in the supermarkets today, as well as Fortnum and Mason.
I decided to dip my toes into the world of event catering and belistore was born. Four years later Champagne Fire Truck began.
