Ambitious business leaders with an appetite for growth are being urged to team up with like-minded employers to help their organisations for future success.Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme delivered locally by SEMLEP’s Growth Hub.The scheme brings together diverse cohort groups of individuals from across Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire to collaboratively work through common business issues. Trough interactive action learning, the pro-gramme enables you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.

The programme is due to launch this month, with trained facilitators leading high-impact small group sessions dedicated to topics including nance, HR, sales and marketing and offering one-to-one coaching.Vicky Hlomuka, Manager of SEMLEP’s Growth Hub, said: “Peer Networks is designed for business leaders who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.“We know that businesses that seek external ad-vice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources, such as their peers, when presented with external challenges and opportunities.“Peer Networks enables you to make connections that go far beyond traditional networking, this is about building a trusted network of connections to support you both now and in the future, improving your long-term personal and business performance.”Places are limited and businesses are urged to complete the online enquiry form as soon as possible to guarantee your place in the first set of cohorts.
