Blues Foundation are delighted to announce another fundraising opportunity, with details for an official Blues Foundation Ball now confirmed for Saturday, June 18, 2022.
With the intention of building on February’s fantastic Charity Race Night, which raised close to £1,500 to support future projects and activation delivered by Blues Foundation, the 2022 ball will again see proceeds going to the charity to continue impacting within the community.
Held in the Blues Marquee at Goldington Road, home of Bedford Blues RFC, the evening will include a three-course meal before an auction, then live music and entertainment to start your weekend off on the perfect footing while affording you the chance to help others.
Blues Foundation were extremely proud to launch some key flagship activation throughout 2021 including Tackle LIFE, ABILITY Blues and Blues INSPIRE projects. These will play a huge part of their output again for the remainder of 2022 but it needs continuous funding support.
There is so much more resource Blues Foundation want to tap into and utilise – and the proceeds from the Blues Foundation Ball will help go towards this, alongside some other fundraising opportunities that are yet to be announced.
In April, Blues Foundation announced details for their new flagship activation; Try to Change which will officially launch in June and it is hoped this will help form a wide-scale approach to helping as many people in Bedfordshire as possible in 2022 and beyond.
Stay tuned to the Blues Foundation website and social media for all the latest updates including details of even more fundraising events which will filter through in the coming weeks and months, and where visitors can sign up to the newsletter for regular updates, or find the Blues Foundation on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
