The recruitment agency, which has an office at Rushmills, Northampton, set up its Beyond Recruitment programme to facilitate ideas sharing and discussion around a range of issues faced by HR professionals and talent teams, in order to help them in their roles recruiting and retaining talent. Issues thrown up by the pandemic – such as working from home, furlough schemes, mental health and employee wellbeing – as well as a growing focus on diversity and inclusion, meant that The ONE Group’s informative webinars were both well-attended and well-received.
