One of the leading technology and office space specialists in the area is inviting guests in to see its new offices – the perfect showcase of what it can offer to clients.
Simply Business Services, which comprises Simply Workspace, Simply Techspace and Simply Commspace – has moved to larger premises close to its former home in Moulton Park to accommodate its rapid growth.
On July 24, the firm will be holding an Open Day to mark the move, inviting local businesses along to see the new offices for themselves and find out more about what Simply Business Services can offer.
Matt Dann from Simply Techspace said: “We’ve just completed our move into new bigger offices in Chartergate, just a few doors away from where we were before, and we’ve completely refurbished them and installed all the technology, naturally.
“An Open Day is not something we’ve done before, but we thought it would be a great idea. Some of our suppliers will be joining us and anyone who wants to come along and see where we are now and what we’ve done, and find out more about us, would be very welcome.
“Obviously, it’s the perfect showcase for our services because we offer the complete package – from configuring and designing the fit out, carrying out the work, installing all the technology and communications, including a full video conferencing system. So, this will be the ideal chance for people to see what we can do.”
Simply Business Services provides a complete solution for clients in terms of office furniture, refurbishments and fit-outs, technology solutions and support, and telecommunications. Simply Workspace and Simply Techspace work together to make project management that much simpler by ensuring any work carried out is done with both the furniture and fitting, and the incorporation of IT and telecoms infrastructure, in mind.
Last year, the company appointed Group Development Manager Jay Neal-Edlington to focus on supporting future growth by making sure all potential and existing clients have a clear picture of the comprehensive range of skills and services that is available through the group.
The recent move has been prompted by the growth of the Simply Business Services team, particularly within Simply Techspace, where the team is about to double in size as focus on software and AI, as well as cyber security, increases. In addition, the company, which already has a Dubai office, in discussions about opening an office in Spain.
Growth has been rapid since Simply Techspace and Simply Workspace came together in late 2023 and that success is in no small part down to how Matt, along with Simply Workspace Director Jon Bautista, have built close ties with the local community.
Simply Techspace sponsored the Secondary School of the Year Award at the recent Milton Keynes Education Awards, organised by All Things Business, following sponsorship of the same award at the Northamptonshire Education Awards in 2025 and 2026.
In addition, Matt has recently teamed up with Northamptonshire Chamber to launch a scheme to support ten start-up business owners. The programme is open to any new business that feel it might benefit from additional guidance in the early stages.
“We’re working closely with the Chamber and we’ll be holding a series of meetings and round tables to support businesses in any way we can. There will be sessions where we, and other more established businesses, tell our stories about starting up and what we have learned and how we have grown.
“Simply Business Services is still a relatively young business, so we’ve been in that position fairly recently, and in many ways, I wish I’d had something like that available to me when I set up Simply Techspace.
“We’re always keen to give something back and share advice. It’s important to help new businesses because it’s tough in those early years. I know I would have benefited from something like this at that stage of setting up and growing my business.
“Now the scheme has been launched, with the support of Northamptonshire Chamber, we’re inviting any businesses that think they might benefit from a bit of support and advice to get in touch with me on the email below.”
