He works closely with real estate financing and planning professionals to assist landowners and developers to realise and deliver value.
Adele Scrivens is one of our latest social housing experts, an experienced property development solicitor who advises housing associations on all aspects of development acquisition. From Heads of Terms to site set up, whether on a land basis or part of a Section 106 deal, Adele brings valuable insight to our social housing and development team.
Paige Bedward has joined our successful planning team, advising clients and the wider Real Estate team on all aspects of planning, highways and environmental matters. Having previously worked for MK Council, Paige brings a breadth of knowledge into the team.
