Giant step forward in marketing telecoms services

dbfb, the Northampton-based telecoms provider, has recently partnered with GIANT creative agency, in an exciting new start to its marketing and brand design.

After creating its own brand content without an agency up until recently, it started to become clear that the growing company needed to broaden its options and advance its marketing material. As a well-established communications provider, dbfb specialises in connectivity, telephony and IT solutions for businesses of all sizes across the region. Knowing the importance of marketing its brand correctly, dbfb wanted to team up with an agency that could take control over a wide range of dbfb marketing materials, from video to artwork.

Given its excellent long-standing relationship with All Things Business, it made sense to partner with GIANT, the publishers of the publication. GIANT prides itself on its innovative marketing approach, understanding the needs of clients and enabling the swift turnaround of projects. The partnership, which brings together two long-standing companies with extensive links in the local business community, was a solution that would benefit both the telecoms business and the marketing and PR agency. Supporting local is of high importance to both dbfb and GIANT, each company believing strongly in working with the communities in which they operate and the businesses within them.

Emma Mullings, Head of Marketing at dbfb said:

“It wasn’t a hard decision to make when it came to choosing GIANT as our agency. They have a creative and agile team, who work and think in the same way we do at dbfb. On top of all this, they are right on our doorstep, which is what we also aim for when choosing our partnerships.”

Neil Thompson, Creative Director and founder of GIANT, said:

“Having had dbfb as a client of All Things Business for so long, this was a natural fit. We have extensive experience in B2B marketing backed up by outstanding creative and commercial thinking. Our innovative outsourced marketing approach means that GIANT have all the bases covered in terms of what dbfb was looking for and we are excited to be involved in its new marketing and the development of the new brand.”
