Framework success for local consultants

Following a number of recent appointments to local frameworks, Kettering-based Construction Consultants, Gotch Saunders and Surridge LLP (GSSllp), are proud to share their latest success, securing a place on two lots of the LHC’s newly established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Framework.

Following a competitive tender process, which began last autumn, LHC have selected GSSllp to provide quantity surveying and project management services through the framework, which will run for
six years.

GSS have been building an impressive portfolio of local schemes, including the new Macmillan Cancer Support Centre at Kettering General Hospital, which is currently on site, and two exciting affordable housing schemes in Northamptonshire for Grand Union Housing Group.

Speaking of their recent appointment, Paul Vega, Partner at GSS, said:

“We are delighted to have been appointed by LHC to provide quantity surveying and project management services, and look forward to utilising this to deliver exciting nationwide schemes. This success is the latest of a number of local framework appointments and we are delighted to continue to improve our service offering to our clients.”

Gary Cawley, CPC Regional Director at LHC, said:

“This is the first time we have offered a framework like this across our region, which has been designed to provide a comprehensive range of high-quality consultancy services across multiple disciplines to the public sector for projects of all sizes. Not only does it meet client need and truly reflect the current market, but it also offers something more.”

GSSllp’s website and social media channels have regular updates on any local projects procured through this framework.
