The Women Leaders Awards 2026 will officially launch next week with a free event in Milton Keynes, bringing together professionals, businesses and community leaders from across the region.
The launch will take place on Tuesday 24th March, 5:00–7:00pm at Aiimi, who are hosting the event at their Milton Keynes headquarters.
Open to all, the event will offer attendees an early introduction to this year’s Women Leaders Awards, alongside a practical workshop on “What Makes a Good Nomination” and insights from special guest speakers.
Over the past decade, Women Leaders has become a significant force in the region – celebrating more than 1,000 women and helping to raise the visibility of leadership across business, education, community and public service. Its impact extends far beyond an annual awards ceremony, creating a platform that builds confidence, opens doors and challenges perceptions around who leadership is for.
At a time when representation at senior levels remains uneven, that visibility continues to play a vital role in shaping a more inclusive future.
The 2026 Women Leaders Awards mark a new chapter, as nominations will, for the first time, be open to women based in Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, alongside Milton Keynes. The expansion reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of the region, where careers, businesses and collaborations span across county boundaries.
