The Forces Employment Charity is bringing a unique opportunity to Silverstone, staging an exclusive careers event for the Armed Forces community at the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team campus.
The Pathways into Manufacturing and Logistics event on 7 May, part of the government-funded Op ASCEND programme, will empower Service leavers, veterans, reservists, and their families seeking civilian careers. In the dynamic and innovative setting, attendees will meet Forces-friendly employers, gain practical career guidance, and explore how their military skills translate directly into roles within two of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors.
Manufacturing and logistics play a vital role in the economy, with employers actively seeking the leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills of the Armed Forces community. The event aims to connect regional talent with real opportunities, address skills gaps, and support those who have served to explore new career pathways.
With only 80 places available, the event also offers attendees a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tour the Aston Martin Racing Technology Campus (AMRTC).
