Former social platform executive joins advisory board of global creator marketing agency

Founded in 2015 by Ben Jeffries and YouTuber-turned-entrepreneur, Caspar Lee, Influencer operates across London, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Riyadh and Dubai, working with global brands including Google, Coca-Cola, Amazon, Nike, Monzo, Spotify and SharkNinja.

It’s also an official global marketing partner of TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Snap and Twitch, meaning it has early access to platform innovation.

The company is on a mission to shape the future of marketing by humanising brands, helping them stay agile, relevant and connected to consumers in the way creators naturally are, delivering cultural credibility, commercial impact and consistency at global scale.

Flint joins Influencer following a career spanning senior leadership roles across some of the world’s most influential media and technology businesses. Most recently, he served as VP, Europe, Sales at TikTok, where he led commercial operations across the region during a period of significant platform growth. He currently holds the role of SVP, Managing Director EMEA at DoubleVerify.

The appointment comes as creator-led marketing continues to transition from experimental budgets into core media planning, with brands prioritising more culturally effective ways to reach consumers and recognising social media commerce as a significant growth driver.

In his advisory capacity, Flint will provide strategic counsel to Influencer’s leadership team, supporting international growth through senior introductions, market insight and selective involvement in key industry moments, including leadership forums, private events and senior client engagement.
