Chancerygate and CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) have started construction on a 200,000 square foot, Grade A urban logistics development in Wolverton, Milton Keynes, branded Axis Park.
Once complete, tenants will have an excellent opportunity to benefit from the site’s connectivity to vital infrastructure links, being located within the Oxford-Cambridge Arc. The Arc is a globally significant area between Oxford, Milton Keynes and Cambridge. It supports over two million jobs, adds over £110bn to the economy every year and houses one of the fastest growing economies in England.
Axis Park comprises eight units, ranging in size from 6,100 square feet to 67,700 square feet, which will be available on a leasehold basis when the scheme completes in Q4 2026.
The units benefit from 8.4m to15m clear internal height, private gated yards, fitted offices, lifts, generous parking facilities, landscaped environment, WCs and shower facilities.

Built for a sustainable future
Axis Park will target BREEAM Outstanding certification and an EPC A+ rating as a minimum. BREEAM is an independent assessment to rate the sustainability of buildings during both construction and
operation. The assessment is holistic in nature, meaning Axis Park meets high standards across energy and water use, the quality of the internal environment (health and wellbeing), pollution, transport, materials, waste and ecology. The scheme will feature EV charging points along with solar cells to provide green energy to occupiers reducing occupational costs to tenants of up to £0.72 per square foot per annum.
With direct access to the Redway Cycle Route and extensive amenity areas, Axis Park offers a unique wellbeing proposition for occupiers. The scheme will also feature an art installation, designed in partnership with Public Art Matters, to reflect the historical significance of Wolverton.

A long-term asset for the city
Taking a forward-thinking approach to minimise impact on the environment – from design and construction through to operation – Chancerygate embraces the latest technologies and methods to achieve future-proof solutions. The construction and development industry plays a vital role in driving economic growth and providing employment opportunities. Chancerygate senior development director, George Dickens, said: “Milton Keynes continues to see strong occupier demand for high-quality Grade A urban logistics space. Axis Park will provide sustainable, well-connected accommodation that supports business growth and job creation across the area.”
