National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has moved into new office space in Milton Keynes. The new office space at CEG’s Witan Studios will act as a regional hub for over 30 staff across a range of service lines and sectors.
Since relocating its Building Consultancy operation from Northampton to join up with an established Milton Keynes office in 2020, the team has steadily grown despite the challenges of the economy and the legacy of COVID-19.
Dudley Cross, National Operations Director for Building Consultancy at LSH, has been with the business for 26 years, during which time both his own team and the wider business have evolved significantly.
Dudley is also Head of the Milton Keynes office and said:

Flexibility and destination are two on-trend themes where, in examining the workplace of the future, occupants wish to enjoy a level of flexibility – the nine-to-five model is now largely obsolete across all sectors.
