Carla Bussey – Director
Director and master of the pearls of wisdom, Carla has over 25 years’ experience in property management, so clients can be confident they are in safe hands here.
Carla is a respected professional within the industry, someone who sees first-hand the need for expert property management.
She established Level Up Property Management in 2018 after working for large corporate property managers, setting up on her own with the aim of changing the face of property management by creating a professional, transparent and independent company.
Her mission is for Level Up to be the Number One partner of choice in property, providing tailored bespoke management services with integrity.
As an active member of her local communities both professional and personal, Carla loves living and working in Milton Keynes, using the open spaces to walk and has even been seen swimming in the river!
Catherine – Lettings Manager
Catherine is truly an award winner! Her extensive knowledge of lettings in the local area is built on years of experience and that allows Catherine to guide landlords on their lettings journey, ensuring it is a safe one without too many bumps in the road.
Valuations, landlord introductions and property instructions are just some the duties Catherine completes on a daily basis as well as overseeing inspections and inventories.
A mum and nan of twins, two girls and two boys, Catherine’s weekends are taken up with plenty of family time, including walking her dog, Brian.
Her passion for her job is clear to everyone who meets or speaks her. Clients become friends, using her services time and time again. Five-star reviews are a constant occurrence, as is the lovely surprise of chocolates being delivered to the office from satisfied tenants and landlords.
Sadie – Operations Manager
Sadie is the level headed one, the one with excellent organisational and planning skills, ensuring the business runs effectively and within its mission.
Providing support and assistance to both clients and the team, Sadie’s goal is to create a seamless experience for all involved in property management. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
One of Sadie’s favourite aspects of her job is making future plans. She enjoys strategising and developing long-term plans that will help the business grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Sadie enjoys spending time with her family and teaching her two-year-old to be just as organised as she is.
The Team – and Dixon
