Commercial Property developer, Artisan (UK) Developments Ltd. has recently completed its new high-quality development adjacent to the village of Marston Moretaine in Bedfordshire.

Les continued: “We have ample parking spaces with the unit, which will allow us to take on more staff as we expand and we asked Artisan to make provision for an electric charging point, as we are looking at purchasing an electric vehicle. They were most helpful in arranging this for us.”
Guy Carter is a senior partner with Medivet, the veterinary partnership with over 300 practices nationwide, which operates a regional hub and spoke system consisting of a 24-hour hospital surrounded by up to 20 day clinics. He said: “Marston is an ideal location for us as it is based in the centre of a small community. Our clinics are all about developing a strong relationship with local clients. The clinic will include a theatre and an X-ray room. Marston is an exciting opportunity for us.”
Elsewhere on the park is EMT Ltd. a growing technology company specialising in the testing and measurement of greenhouse gas emissions, particularly the controversial SF6 gas widely used as an electrical insulator.
“Although we are in a niche market it is, unsurprisingly, a growing one,” said EMT’s Managing Director, Neil Kane. “The premises at Marston Business Park are additional to our existing locations. We also have offices in the USA, Holland and China, but Marston will be our global headquarters from where we will run our sales and marketing and quality control operations as well as providing conference and training facilities.”

Construction and fitting out of all 14 business units is all but complete and will soon see Marston Business Park fully occupied as sale has now been completed on twelve units with solicitors instructed on the final two.
