Milton Keynes based Steven Eagell Group, the UK’s leading Toyota and Lexus retailer, is supporting National Apprenticeship Week 2024. The company will be sharing success stories of current and former apprentices, showcasing the many benefits apprenticeships offer employers and individuals.
National Apprenticeship Week, which is taking place between 5th and 11th February 2024, aims to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy. The theme of this year’s campaign is ‘Skills for Life’, encouraging individuals, employers, ambassadors, training providers and communities to consider how the support, training and hands-on experience provided help apprentices develop skills for life.

Throughout National Apprenticeship Week, the Steven Eagell Group blog will feature a range of Q&As with current and former apprentices. Content will also be shared across the company’s social media channels to increase exposure and reach a larger audience. The Q&As will showcase apprentices working across various areas of the business, with each participant sharing insights into their experience of completing an apprenticeship.
Steven Eagell Group has a longstanding commitment to support the growth, development and training of young people. The company offers a range of apprenticeships across a variety of roles and departments within the business, based both at its Milton Keynes headquarters and within its dealerships, including technician, service, parts, finance, marketing and HR positions. The Group is also expanding its current apprenticeship offering to include positions in its Customer Contact Centre, for the first time.
The company works closely with schools and colleges in many of the areas in which its Toyota and Lexus centres are located, helping to place talented people into apprenticeship positions across the business.
