Swanbourne House School shortlisted for national award in performing arts

Swanbourne House School, independent day and boarding school near Milton Keynes, has been shortlisted for the award in Performing Arts in the Independent School of the Year Awards 2023.

The award shortlisting recognises the scope, ambition and success of music and drama at the school, which has included productions this year of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Beauty and the Beast, a choir tour to Jersey, outdoor Shakespeare performances and a music technology club.

Matt Phillips, Director of Music and Deputy Head at Swanbourne House, said:
