Northampton Town Women, who were promoted to the fourth tier of English football for the first time, have confirmed two FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands fixtures to be played at Sixfields Stadium.
First up, the Cobblers will play Lincoln City on Sunday November 6, with the game proudly being sponsored by dbfb, before welcoming Sporting Khalsa on Sunday March 5.
Both games will kick off at 2pm, with admission prices £3 in advance of match day and £5 on the day. Cobblers season ticket holders and under 18s both go free, although both will need to collect a match ticket from the ticket office to gain admission.
Two record breaking crowds saw the Northampton Town Women in action at Sixfields last season, and the club are hopeful of even bigger crowds this time around for what promise to be two fantastic games.
As people’s minds begin turning towards Christmas, and with the Premier League taking a break for the World Cup in the run-up, Sky Bet League Two continues, giving football fans the chance enjoy some festive football in style at Sixfields.
Northampton Town welcome Swindon Town to Sixfields on Thursday December 29 with a 7.45pm kick off, and special festive hospitality is on offer for this fixture.
