Five-star homebuilder Allison Homes Central has appointed Jason Oakley, an award-winning Senior Site Manager from Northamptonshire, to lead the delivery of its new development within Priors Hall Park, Corby.
Allison Homes Centralâs development will feature a total of 161 high-quality new homes, including a mix of one, two, three, four and five bedroom properties catering to all types of homebuyers.
Coming from the housebuilderâs brand-new range, each home has been carefully crafted for modern living and designed with spacious layouts, contemporary finishes and stylish exteriors. Solar PV panels and electric car charging points will be installed as standard and selected properties will also feature air source heat pumps.
Jason is bringing over 20 yearsâ worth of experience to Priors Hall Park. Having worked mainly in residential development, he has been involved in numerous large-scale developments, delivering over 12,000 homes across various phases to a high standard.
Over his career, Jason has won a total of 22 awards, including multiple National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Awards and Seal of Excellence Awards, alongside both regional and national Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards.

Day-to-day, Jason spends his time on site, carrying out safety and quality checks, coordinating trades and keeping everything on track.
