MKFM has announced NXT LVL Business as a new sponsor of its hugely successful Meet of MK events.
The organisation, founded by business coach Anthony Nicholls, helps ambitious business owners gain clarity, overcome challenges and achieve sustainable growth through professional business coaching, leadership development and a supportive business community.
Whether clients are looking to scale their business, improve profitability, develop a leadership team or regain control of their time, NXTLVL coaching is tailored to individual goals, challenges and ambitions.
The company is a perfect fit for MKFM and its Meet of MK networking events, which bring Milton Keynes businesses together, helping them to promote themselves to a wider audience, while aiding local charities and support groups.
MKFM is a not-for-profit group that supports a wide range of good causes across the city. But it can only do that with partners’ help, according to its director, Jo Ronan. It supports local events – and organises its own – to promote and draw attention to local charitable causes, through its radio broadcasts, news and feature coverage, plus the Meet of MK monthly networking.
“We are self-funding, so we need to work with partners to allow us to achieve our goals,” said Jo. “Any person or business who supports us as a partner is allowing us to give something back to the community.
“In return for that collaboration, they get benefits in terms of their business here in Milton Keynes and can join with us as we make the most of the networking and relationship building opportunities with other organisations.
“Charitable work is close to our hearts, too. We do a lot for charity and with partners’ support we are able to do more. Charities connecting with the business community is brilliant. It’s a win-win situation for us all.”
Alongside its one-to-one coaching, NXTLVL hosts the Business Club – another similarity with MKFM. This is a coaching-led community where business owners come together in structured sessions designed to develop thinking, sharpen focus and create real momentum in their businesses.
Sessions are designed to help people leave with greater clarity, renewed confi dence and practical actions they can implement immediately, all underpinned by coaching, refl ection and guided conversation.
